LEAF
BLOWER DANCE
9" x 14" - 2001
Airbrush, Prisma Color on Masonite
While
walking to work one morning I noticed
a group of Latinos working diligently
on the landscape surrounding a courthouse.
I thought to myself, "How ironic...
my people once built pyramids and now
they are cutting lawns and blowing leaves."
This artwork was purchased by The
Latino Museum of Los Angeles as
part of their permanent collection.
